一、注油

　　主馬達與輔料馬達進氣口均安裝有油霧器，當其中的油低于低端刻線時應拆下油杯加注10號機油。如果油霧器不滴油或者馬達嚴重缺油時可將主馬達進氣管與馬達連接處的活接拆掉，用油槍想里面加油，輔料馬達可將其端蓋螺母擰開加油。
　　The main motor and the auxiliary motor inlet are equipped with an oil mist. When the oil in the mist is lower than the low-end marking, the oil cup should be removed and the No. 10 oil should be filled. If the oil mist does not drip oil or the motor is seriously short of oil, the main motor intake pipe and motor connection can be removed flexibly. The oil gun is used to refuel inside, and the auxiliary motor can screw the end cap nut for refueling.
　　2 三個泵的注油

　　主泵，輔料泵，配比泵經過一段時間的使用后會有膠從里面滲漏出，流到油碗里。可以把膠清理掉，加注機油。用十字螺絲刀類頂住主，輔兩泵油碗下端的圓孔處按順時針方向緊固油碗；配比泵油碗用扳手擰緊即可。

　　3 安全閥的注油  用油槍向安全閥的小孔注油，可以防止生銹。

　　二，清洗

　　1 Y型過濾器

　　其位置在輔料泵出口處，清洗時將端蓋擰下，用煤油浸泡，用牙刷類刷子刷干凈。安裝時將網放在端蓋里用手擰到底，再用扳手擰緊。用一組膠洗一次，如無雜質兩組膠洗一次，靈活掌握。

When installing, put the net in the end cover and screw it to the bottom with your hand, then tighten it with a wrench. 　　其位置在高壓表B表右下，擰下回流閥下方膠管，擰下過濾器，將網及網芯取出，彈簧、取出，刷干凈，將彈簧小孔套在網芯的凸點上。倒著裝入器體后轉過來擰在打膠機上。用3-5組洗一次，如無雜質，靈活掌握。

　　當膠流速變慢或者混膠不均時清洗混合器。將混合器拆下橫放在臺鉗上，夾住兩端蓋，不要夾到螺絲。用六角扳手松開兩端的六條螺絲，打開器體，取出墊片，擋針，混合芯。將各個零件清洗干凈。端蓋不要弄變形，各個平面不要有劃傷?；旌掀饕欢擞邪疾?，安裝時將其放進有擋針孔的一面，將擋針放入擋針孔，橫放在凹槽上。更換好墊片后將端蓋對準器體，A對A，P對P，擰上螺絲，擰好后橫放在臺鉗上夾緊，用扳手擰緊下端的四條螺絲，松開臺鉗，器體旋轉300°，夾緊臺鉗，再擰緊下面四條螺絲。依次擰四五次即可。按A面進口，P面出口安裝到膠機上即可。

When installed, the groove is placed on the side with a pin blocking hole, and the pin blocking hole is put on the side with a pin blocking hole, and the pin blocking hole is placed horizontally on the groove. After replacing the gasket, align the end cap to the device body, A to A, P to P, screw on the screw, screw on the table pliers horizontally, tighten the four screw at the lower end with a wrench, loosen the table pliers, rotate the device body 300 degrees, tighten the table pliers, and tighten the four screw below. Twist it four or five times in turn. According to the import of face A, the outlet of face P can be installed on the rubber machine.

　　4 膠槍

　　槍口混合器清洗時直接擰下槍口混合器取出混合芯即可。清洗槍柄混合器時，先把槍上的定位螺絲松開，然后擰下槍柄混合器。槍口混合器同混合器同周期清洗；搶柄混合器同槍同周期清洗，半年或一年洗一次。 5 針閥     清洗時將其擰下，用尖嘴鉗擰下小螺母，拔出針體，彈簧。全部清洗干凈。針閥出口平面及針帽確保無任何雜質，劃傷，變形。安裝時將針插入閥體，彈簧套在針體上，螺母大頭向里面擰緊，力量在1到2公斤左右。

Install the needle into the valve body, the spring sleeve on the needle body, the nut head tightens inside, the force is about 1 to 2 kilograms.
　　三 氣源的要求

　　主氣源管的直徑大于10MM，長度小于5M。否則膠機工作時壓力會有波動。
　　The diameter of main gas source pipe is greater than 10M M and the length is less than 5M. Otherwise, the pressure will fluctuate when the rubber machine works.
　　四 機器長時間不用的處理方法

　　1 三四個月不用
　　No need for one, three or four months
　　將兩個桶都放在機器上，并處于正常工作時的狀態(tài)，清洗膠機的涂膠系統（混合器，針閥，槍口，槍柄混合器）。清洗后安裝好，注意截流閥關閉。再用的時候清洗Y型過濾網，大過濾網即可。
　　Place both barrels on the machine and in normal working condition. Clean the glue coating system (mixer, needle valve, muzzle, handle mixer) of the glue machine. After cleaning, install well, pay attention to closing the shutoff valve. When reusing, clean Y-type filter, large filter can be used.
　　2 半年以上不用

　　要用煤油將B組份膠打出，防止B組份膠固化。方法：將小壓盤卸下，清理干凈，用一干凈的B組份膠桶裝入適量煤油，將輔料泵放入桶中。卸下壓盤上的回流管，開輔料泵回流閥將膠打出去，關閉回流閥，斷開膠槍后1/4活接，開截流閥將膠打出，將兩條管子都放入桶中，截流閥和回流閥一開一關，各打15到20分鐘，升起輔料泵，將油打出，清洗2個過濾器，將壓盤，管子安裝好，泄掉壓力放好即可。

METHODS: The small pressure plate was unloaded, cleaned up, filled with kerosene in a clean B component rubber bucket, and the auxiliary material pump was put into the bucket. Once the shutoff valve and the reflux valve are opened and shut off, each of them will be hit for 15 to 20 minutes, lift the auxiliary material pump, punch out the oil, clean two filters, install the pressure plate and the pipe well, release the pressure.
　　五 注意事項

　　在做任何保養(yǎng)時，所有壓力必須排干凈。當發(fā)生混合不均勻時，以上一，二，三步驟做一遍。工作壓力高5公斤。
　　In any maintenance, all pressure must be removed. When uneven mixing occurs, do the first, second and third steps. The maximum working pressure is 5 kg.
