　　玻璃清洗必須采用機器清洗法，因為人工清洗無法保證清洗質量。清洗前需檢驗玻璃無劃傷，并最好使用去離子水。清洗后的玻璃要通過光照檢驗，確保表面無水珠、水漬及其他污漬。若有缺陷，需調整機器運行速度、加熱溫度、風量和毛刷間隙，直到達到效果完好為止。洗完后的玻璃應在1小時之內組裝成中空玻璃，且玻璃之間不得磨擦劃傷。最好有半成品玻璃儲存小車，將玻璃片與片之間隔開。

　　膠條式中空玻璃組裝 ：加工溫度冬季應在10-20度之間，夏季應在20-30度之間為宜。相對濕度要求稍低，以保證膠條與干燥劑的有效混合和作用。組裝過程中，膠條應均勻分布，壓合后隨即封口，并確保干燥后的氣體從小口溢出。

　　Assembly of rubber strip insulated glass: The processing temperature should be between 10-20 degrees Celsius in winter and 20-30 degrees Celsius in summer. The relative humidity requirement is slightly lower to ensure effective mixing and interaction between the rubber strip and the desiccant. During the assembly process, the rubber strip should be evenly distributed, sealed immediately after pressing, and ensure that the dried gas overflows from the small opening.

　　鋁條式中空玻璃組裝 ：溫度也應控制在10-30度之間。合片后需在鋁框外邊部和玻璃邊部留有5-7mm左右的距離，涂布第二道密封膠（聚硫膠），防止氣泡，并確保涂布均勻。涂完后需刮去玻璃表面殘余，完成加工。中空玻璃的放置也應正確，堆垛架底部平面與側部應始終保持90度并傾斜放置，避免油漬和石灰等污染物影響密封性能。

　　Aluminum strip insulated glass assembly: The temperature should also be controlled between 10-30 degrees. After lamination, a distance of about 5-7mm should be left between the outer edge of the aluminum frame and the glass edge, and a second layer of sealant (polysulfide adhesive) should be applied to prevent bubbles and ensure even coating. The placement of insulated glass should also be correct, and the bottom plane and sides of the stacking frame should always be kept at a 90 degree angle and tilted to avoid contamination such as oil stains and lime affecting the sealing performance.
