上片臺：用于放置待加工的玻璃原片，通常配備有自動傳輸裝置，可將玻璃平穩地輸送到下一工序。

清洗干燥機：對玻璃進行清洗和干燥處理，以去除表面的灰塵、油污等雜質，保證玻璃的清潔度，為后續的加工工藝提供良好的基礎。一般采用毛刷輥和高壓水噴淋相結合的清洗方式，再通過熱風干燥系統使玻璃快速干燥。

Splicing table: It is a working platform that combines two or more pieces of glass that have been cleaned and dried. In this process, spacer strips will be placed between the glasses and desiccants will be filled to form a hollow structure. 封膠機：對合片后的中空玻璃進行密封膠的涂覆，常用的密封膠有丁基膠和硅酮膠等。丁基膠用于第一道密封，具有良好的氣密性和水密性；硅酮膠則用于第二道密封，主要起結構密封和耐候作用，增強中空玻璃的整體穩定性和耐久性。

Sealing machine: Apply sealant to the laminated hollow glass, commonly used sealants include butyl rubber and silicone rubber. Butyl rubber is used for the first seal and has good air and water tightness; Silicone adhesive is used for the second layer of sealing, mainly for structural sealing and weather resistance, enhancing the overall stability and durability of insulated glass.

首先，將玻璃原片放置在上片臺上，通過自動傳輸裝置將玻璃輸送至清洗干燥機進行清洗和干燥處理。

Firstly, place the glass raw sheet on the loading table and transport it to the cleaning and drying machine for cleaning and drying through an automatic transfer device.
